Fan Club Donates Over $4,000 To Charities

The Always Elvis Fan Club has enjoyed ‘Sharing The Legacy’ with Elvis fans throughout 2025 via our content on social media, email newsletter, giveaways and our virtual studio ‘Studio E’. We connected with fans in Las Vegas this past summer and our next stop is to celebrate the king’s birthday in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee.
Connecting with fans throughout the year is just part of what we do, more importantly we are able to ‘Give To Charities’. Thanks to many wonderful Elvis fans, this year we were able to provide over $4,000 in donations to several charities.
We recently attended the ‘Dream Come True’ telethon where we provided a club donation and were able to talk Elvis and how his legacy continues in music and philanthropy. Dream Come True provides benefits for Seriously, Chronically and Terminally Ill Children and provides children from 4 to 17 an opportunity to make their dreams a reality by providing an opportunity to visit a travel destination, meet an entertainment or sports figure, complete a dream activity or receive a treasured item. The Always Elvis Fan Club has supported this charity since our inception in 1990.
In addition the fan club provided a donation to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital based out of Memphis, Tennessee that Elvis himself has supported. The hospital is leading non profit medical institution dedicated to finding cures and providing treatment for children with cancer and other life threatening diseases. Along with a one time donation, the fan club utilized eBay for Charity to provide additional funds from sales of donated Elvis items directly to St. Jude’s. The fan club has also supported St. Jude for over a decade.
In addition based on recommendation from members we provided additional donations to the Shriners Hospital for Children and the Almost Home Foundation. Shriners Children help with specialty healthcare for children and the Almost Home Foundation supports the rehoming of dogs and cats through an adoption program.
The fan club would like to thank all those that have supported our charities by becoming a ‘Legacy Member’ as well as those that have provided Elvis items for auction and giveaways.
